Just Us Punks Clockwork Ring in Antique Brass

So this post (and the name of it) is kind of ironic since I’m a day late in posting it, but SMU Homecoming was this past weekend so my weekend and the beginning of this week were a little more hectic than usual. I hope you can forgive me!

Anyway, I like this industrial-looking ring because it’s somewhat unexpected: using old parts of a piece of jewelry that typically belongs on your wrist and repurposing it to make it jewelry for your finger. I have a really similar necklace to this ring and I always get comments and compliments on it. I bet this ring would have a similar effect – it demands attention because it’s an edgier take on your common cocktail ring.

Then again…maybe I just like it because it’s reminescent of those Sanrio ring watches I wore in elementary school. You be the judge.
